Leadership paths for recent graduates
Are you a recent graduate looking to boost your leadership potential? If you are ready to turn your classroom hours into a new career at Brooks Instrument, our business hires entry-level candidates directly to fill specific needs. Additionally, we offer opportunities for college graduates through our Management Development Program (MDP).
Our MDP program places recent graduates in three unique 8 month assignments over a two year period after graduation. Highlights of the program include:
- A two year program in disciplines such as engineering, operations, quality, sales & marketing and finance.
- Work within one of our business segments or in a functional discipline.
- Take on challenging assignments that provide exposure to specific business segments and develop core competencies for effective leadership within our global organization.
