A large-scale international producer of wines sought to improve the overall quality and consistency of their wine via their sparging process. Their sparging process required better regulation to control the Nitrogen gas, or at times, Argon or Carbon Dioxide flows used to help purify the wine. Further, they needed to solve a secondary challenge of back streaming, which was damaging their flow control instrumentation when a process failure occurred.
